  2. Customized Therapy Plan Development Following the assessment, we will create a yoga therapy plan tailored to address your specific health conditions and objectives. This plan includes curated yoga postures, breathing techniques (Pranayama), meditation practices, and lifestyle adjustments that support holistic healing.
  3. Weekly Private Sessions (60 minutes each) Through regular, one-on-one sessions, we will guide you through your personalized practice. Each session includes adjustments and feedback to refine your practice, ensuring optimal benefits and safety. Additional lifestyle and dietary tips will be shared to support healing and integration beyond the mat.
  4. Progress Reviews and Plan Adjustments After every four sessions, a progress review will help assess your response to the therapy. Adjustments will be made to the plan as needed, refining the approach based on your progress and any emerging needs.
  5. Guided Home Practice You’ll receive simple exercises and mindfulness practices to follow at home between sessions, strengthening the connection between sessions and reinforcing the therapeutic benefits.
  6. Final Assessment & Long-Term Recommendations At the end of the program, a final assessment will help evaluate your progress, and we’ll provide suggestions for maintaining balance and wellness long-term, along with a modified practice plan if needed.
