Meet Priyanka
Priyanka, the founder of Medhya Yoga and Wellness, is a certified therapeutic yoga consultant, teacher, and educator based in Bangalore, India. She views yoga as a transformative path to self-discovery and personal growth, achieved through the systematic education and training of the mind.
Priyanka’s yoga journey began in 2012, but it was her battle with chronic back pain after the birth of her child—and the self-healing she experienced through therapeutic yoga—that awakened her true calling. This life-changing journey inspired her to share the wisdom of yoga with others, helping them harness its power for healing and transformation.
With the blessings and guidance of her Guru, Priyanka embraced teaching yoga as her duty (dharma). Leaving behind her corporate career, she dedicated herself to sharing the profound wisdom of this ancient science, not only as a means of therapeutic healing but also as a transformative tool for inner growth and self-realization.
