Each 60-minute class is designed to integrate different aspects of mindful movement, Pranayama (breathwork), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation promoting strength, flexibility, and inner calm. The practices are modified basis individual’s need and level to ensure a safe, supportive experience for all participants.
  • Wellness Tools and Lifestyle Tips: Wellness tools and lifestyle tips to support your journey beyond the mat. You will get guidance on nutrition, stress management, mindful habits, and other practices that enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Community Support: You will be part of a community of like-minded individuals who share your commitment to holistic health. Engage, share experiences, and find inspiration from others on a similar path. Let’s all grow and thrive together!
  • Session Recordings for 1 Week: Each session is recorded and available for you to access for one week, allowing you to revisit practices at your convenience and refine techniques. So don’t worry, you can keep pace with the classes and deepen your practice even if you miss a live session.
